The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Recruitment Administrator to support one of our Directors in our Central London office.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll be at the centre of daily operations, managing inbox communications, coordinating candidate activity, and supporting marketing outreach. You’ll work closely with a Director in the business, gaining exposure to high-level recruitment processes and playing a key part in keeping everything running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and working in a fast-paced environment, with clear opportunities to grow within the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and organising a busy email inbox on behalf of a Director
- Responding to candidate enquiries and ensuring timely communication
- Updating and maintaining candidate databases and shortlists
- Coordinating candidate information across internal systems
- Supporting with candidate email marketing campaigns and outreach
- Assisting with formatting and sending candidate profiles to clients
- Keeping records accurate and up to date across CRM systems
