Having over 20 years in the estimating and quantity surveying field of construction, Stephen's historical expertise has meant that he has success filling permanent and freelance roles for main and sub-contractors, as well as high-end residential developers, turnkey and traditional fit-out, and general builders.
His insatiable desire to visit every country in the world (less than 15 to go!), as well as every major sporting arena and restaurant in the UK, is the same as his desire to fill every vacancy he has.

Liam is a witty, down-to-earth Londoner, who can often be found being interviewed by Sky Sports commentating on the ups and downs of England and Palace as the season goes on.

After 4 successful years working for a specialist search and selection agency, he decided to embark on a new adventure with HB Resourcing. A passionate Manchester United fan, Adam is usually found working late in the office, going the extra mile for his clients and candidates.

With over five years of recruitment experience spanning both the Construction and IT sectors, Ben brings a well-rounded approach to talent acquisition. Starting as a Delivery Consultant alongside Steve and Joey, he gained experience sourcing candidates across Commercial, Operations, and Design Management roles. This early exposure built a strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle and a network of top-tier professionals.
For the past three years, Ben has focused on the Social Housing, Property Services, and Regeneration sectors. Specialising in roles across Commercial, Operations, Resident Liaison, and wider support functions.
Outside of work, Ben is a semi-professional footballer—a passion that started at the age of six. When not on the pitch, you'll find him exploring new restaurants & pubs, staying active, and enjoying time with his young family.

He started in recruitment in 2014 with a leading agency in the construction sector and since then have worked for both Resourcing Group & Skilled Careers.
He has also specialised in placing permanent operations staff across London & South East for a variety of different sized contractors.
Outside of work he follows the mighty Chelsea FC and can be found spending time with his wife, children and dog at the weekend.

Beth is our Senior Recruitment Coordinator for the Commercial & Estimating team, she has spent nearly 10 years in the construction recruitment industry initially starting in finance roles, so she is an all-rounder.
Everyone would agree that she is the jolliest person in the office and always open to go above and beyond for everyone in the office.
Outside of work she can be found in Lidl looking at fruit and veg, buying jumpsuits or watching Yellowstone with her massive dogs.
